I've been playing in a Urock 24/7 Locker TDM server for a couple of weeks. Last night the number 1 guy on our team had a 500+ ping. I have noticed a few times where the admin gets on they sometimes kick the high pings.

Every morning on that same server I see a least one ban for hacks. I've seen the multihack the most along with a couple of others.

But for every one kicked they can literally be back in a few minutes. Hacking in BF4 is not like the old days. They can die, but they hack all the time. In BF3 for example you could log in and be 100-0 and be obvious. In Bf4, that same player will have a hack on, get 5 headshots, die maybe. They can actually make it so they die on purpose every now and then to avoid being detected by anticheat measures.

But watch them from 1st person view or 3rd and you can see them be super twitch headshot galore. On conquest other day this one guy would just get in attack heli fly straight up to max height fire off volley kill people and crash land back down over and over from base. lol

Most hackers i've observed so far have 50+ hours played, so they simply are not getting busted. I would say 3-5 games hackers are in everyone.

-U- rock servers are the WORSE. The turn off spectator mode on them on purpose because they got tired of people reporting hackers. So now they randomly ban people the just "think" are hacking. The banned me for telling them a player was not hacking. The admins are a joke on it.

I've played on U Rock servers, terrible terrible terrible, always rubberband and lag. And yeah they recently turned off spec, I don't join servers that don't have spec enabled.

I use/d that lobby to unlock things. Today was horrible though as the lobby was very unbalanced. Apparently the admin wasn't watching or didn't care.

I never thought about not joining non-spectator lobbies. I guess that makes sense though. It's time for me to move on to other game modes anyways. The problem is I suck at shooting but I'm good at the support rolls. I have yet to play engineer or sniper as someone always need med bags or ammo.

Also, I thought there was double XP for everyone all of the weekends this month. I've got premium and didn't see any bonuses today.

I'm having sound issues after the update, no sound effects only music. Now are they server specific or is it global? Seems rebooting at times fixing it. Any other way around this?

Gotta agree with the comments about Urock servers. They are terrible, for all the reasons stated.
Was just on a "no explosives" server where people were spamming grenades. No one ever got kicked. The chat box kept showing a warning for explosives but regardless no one got kicked.
So, I complained in chat that the server stinks since the grenade spammers weren't getting kicked and a U member told me to leave. So I told him to F off and enforce the server rules. Boom, immediately got kicked from the game.

I used to like the URock domination server, but probably after too many people complain, the server is gone now.

I'm an admin on our server, and that's pretty much the same response I would give. You don't go into someone's house and piss on the floor.

I was in a server on operation locker rush. The rules say no shooting into spawn. So I go to the base of the left side hill on defense that they jump down to get to the B bomb. I immediately start killing people as they jump down. I then get kicked with no warning.

I come back in and ask why the hell they kicked me because I wasn't shooting into spawn? Yes you were. No I wasn't... Yes you were... No, I was shooting people as they came over the hill. Permaban.

Badmins are hilarious.

Crashing straight to desktop whenever I jump into a vehicle is so much fun... (After latest patch)

There really is no formal base in rush, spawn camping is pretty much impossible...that server sucks

So instead of enforcing your server rules you tell anyone who complains to just leave?
And keep in mind, during the whole match people were complaining about the grenades yet nothing was being done about it by the admin.

Maybe this has been already discussed and I missed it... if so, sorry...

Is it me, or does this happen to others... I play a lot of Conquest on Golmud Railway map (love it)... lately it seems when I'm not in vehicle and moving from A or B to C, if I don't see an enemy tank, a lot of the time I don't HEAR it... seems to be no sound from it at all.... crazy.... And it happens whether I'm using my Sennheiser headset or my M-Audio speakers... I have a Xonar Essence ST sound card (internal).

Am I drinking too much Panera Bread coffee before playing?

I've been playing "PC" games since a Commodore 64 in 1984. I'm amazed how technically great this game is. I wish they'd stop making expansions that splinter the users and create bugs. I'd just like a stable game.
Honestly, I really think a lot of the value is games like this is in the human interaction and teamwork. If they could encourage that more, great, but I realize they can only go so far as the quality of the people is important.
Bf2 was my favorite of the series because the mic was open, and of the hundreds of people I squad and commander talked to never had any trouble and it massively improved the overall game quality.

I'm having a similar problem from time to time. When I'm flying in the jets, another jet can be shooting me and I won't even know it until my jet is destroyed unless I just happen to look down and see my health counter going down, and frequently I won't know a missile is coming until it hits. No sounds from the incoming fire.

But, since the last patch, I don't have any more trouble connecting to servers, so that's a plus.

And another thing, since the game came out, about 2/3 of the time when I get in a vehicle, I can't look around. Just straight ahead. I have to get out of the vehicle and get back in and I can look around then. The problem is when I spawn in a jet. I can't get out and back in reliably without "killed in action". Anyone else having this problem?

Well this is interesting.

Ignore your red dot site completely. Just concentrate on the laser dot. All your shots will not magically hit, and those head scratching ones where you are sidestrafing and missing EVERYTHING will no longer occur. I feel like I'm cheating now hahaha.

The other trick is if your monitor has a crosshair button turn it on. Your bullets will always hit the center of your screen where the dot is. The gun animation and red dot site are not at all in sync with where bullets are going.

Dat accuracy.

Fixed for you, I think. Changes the meaning entirely.

If this is true, it may force me to actually use the lasers, which I've avoided as I like to stay out of sight.

Wow that is really scary, why did they divorce the scope from where the gun is firing?! I rarely see the red dot due to my scope but I guess if I go down to iron sites I will see it better or perhaps use some of the other scopes that show it easier. Broke ass game is still broken!

This is what made BF2 so great. I really, really miss that part of it. Don't really know of any good FPS multiplayer games nowadays that encurage cooperation in that way. Return to Castle Wolfenstein was my absolute favorite. I love BF4, but if they could have gotten back that sense of teamwork, it would have been so much better.
