The asus problem

I was looking at these boards ASUS P6X58D Premium or Asus P6X58D-E and I am not shure what to get? I was thinking of using Corsair Dominator or Mushkin HP3 12800 3x2GB with a golftown cpu. What do you think?
 
I will be using this computer for video editing also playing shooting games and audio editing. I am thinking of using 2 or 3 vid cards. Also it will be overclocked with a water setup.
 
The two boards are almost identical except the P6X58D Premium has two NICs instead of one and includes an extra fan and two eSATA ports.
