I just got off the phone with AMI, I have a quad Xeon MegaPlex II that's been giving me trouble.
Keep in mind this is an OLD product, I'm running it with quad 550/1MB CPU's, these are not modern by any stretch of the imagination. They are still helping me out, they'll be reproducing my configuration in their lab to see if they can reproduce the error. They have even gone so far as to offer to send me four CPU mounting brackets since they're no longer available anywhere else.
