No, but HP numbers are so often the tool of paper racers to dismiss or accept a sports car when it is just one facet of driving and only a small part of what makes a car enjoyable.

Sharp truck. Really looks good. Please don't lift it, put balloon tires on it and make yourself look like a tool.

So you live in the greater San Jose area and are driving a Raptor -

I would have gone with a Dodge Power Wagon but hey, thats just me.

I doubt you see 11mpg once the SC is installed. More like 8mpg.

Beautiful truck OP! You got it well optioned, and with the 6.2L no less. Plus the roush kit, it will be megabadass. Major jelly of your cash 😛. If I had that money, I'd do exactly the same, no desire for a car.

Nice ride. Raptor's are back road kings. Bombing a Raptor down a crappy fire road at insane speeds is one of life's true joys.

So much this. :awe:

These are the old body style... 2015 is the new style with heavy use of aluminum... Not for sale yet... And no raptor for 15.

That truck is awesome.
ROFL at all the jelly this thread is generating from old ladies who drive 130 hp 4 bangers.

I don't get the point of "nice" pickup trucks. You're supposed to throw shit into them and beat them up. If (big if) I ever get a truck, it'll be a beater, as that actually makes sense.

Jeez guys relax, I'm just pulling your legs.

Note the smiley 😛

That's why I didn't bother arguing with you

And yes, I'm super jelly of a truck that costs more than both of my cars combined, and yet has a slower 0-60 than either. I'm so jelly that you could spread me on toast. [he said quite sarcastically]

Seriously though, it's always good to get what you want, so, congratulations OP. Enjoy the new whip!

When all a bunch of Miata's race I do find it boring as the races are very very close and its hard to find your space on the track. But to each their own

You forgot to say "slower 0-60 than either when and only when we are on a nice smooth paved road". 😉
