Soo true. I bought that game for NES and I honesty remember thinking to myself ( as a child), this game is almost impossible to beat. I remember how frustrating it was.

I hate those ridiculously difficult games which most of the old games seemed to be. You could call it a "challenge", but in reality it just makes for a bigger waste of time, and a lot of unpleasantness. But I guess back then they didn't have much in the ways of plot/graphics/sound so they had to compensate with tedious game play.
