I just got a hold of their cd Crimson and it's pretty damn good. Never really heard of them before but I listened to the cd and it was catchy enough the first time around that Ive played it a few more times now.
 
I haven't listened to any of their recent stuff, but their older albums are decent. Not really my kind of music though.
 
There really good live too, I think they have a tour coming up soon with My Chemical Romance and Reggie and the Full Effect.
 
When I was in high school I really liked them. I've seen them 3 or 4 times. From Here To Infirmary, Goddammit, and Good Mourning are my favorite albums.

I couldn't really get into Crimson...I grew up and my music tastes changed. I remember when Good Mourning came out...I skipped school to go to the mall and pick it up. It was May 2003.

I honestly hadn't heard of them until I heard the first single off the new album, "Time to Waste. I picked up Crimson just for that one song, and it's a great CD.
 
they have been my favorite band forever, and if you call them 'the' alkaline trio again i'll kick you in the balls.
 
Alkaline Trio rules, I started listening to them when I saw it had something to do with chemistry... like my chemical romance and the chemical brothers. Random 🙂

It's sad that you have to be so territorial over a band that isn't that worthy of it.
