The account passwords of MS Outlook 2007

I want to add the account passwords of MICROSOFT OUTLOOK (passwords that are stored somewhere on your computer when setting up access to the mailbox through POP3 or IMAP) in the section "personal data protection" KIS 2010. Because there is a ready data protection settings for Outlook Express, the Bat, Thunderbird, but for MS Outlook 2003/2007 isn't present.
Prompt, please, the default installation directory (file, maybe the registry key), where MS Outlook 2007 stores your account password to access the mailboxes. Or how can I view this password in Outlook? Maybe there's some program for this?
As far as I know in the directory C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is only stored emails Outlook 2007. But where the password is stored and how can I see it?
Thank you!

Outlook passwords are stored in binary code in the Registry at HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook\

There are a few programs available from various sources that can sometimes view the currently saved password information, but most of them get flagged as malware by antivirus/security software because they are technically password 'stealers'. If your AV software will allow it, MailPassView works reasonably well.

Another vote for MailPassView, just temporarily turn off your av as Fardringle mentioned that it gets flagged as a virus
