Friend of Liberty Square Inc. seems to be the financial vehicle they used to collect the donations.

The Finance / Accounting Working Group is the accounting arm of the NYCGA. Our open public meetings are Friday at 5:30 pm in the Atrium at 60 Wall Street and our desk hours are Tuesday &#8211; Saturday from 1 &#8211; 5 pm at the 50 Broadway office (12th floor).
