The 5-Second Rule

I've always said that someone who obeys the 5-second rule isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer, now I know.

depends on where I'm at.
Note: I have never served to customers any food that has hit the floor. Well... almost never.
At least I make sure it goes in the oven for a few minutes at 550 degrees... that'll kill any possible germs 🙂

i always find it funny that people use a napkin that lays on the table to wipe there hands during eating but will not eat anything that falls on the table directly

i am guilty of doing just what i find is funny

I think it's company policy at Pizza hut to serve the food that has hit the floor to the drivers, atleast that's what I always did... 😛

Hah... those poor fools who actually grab things off of the school cafeteria floor... no wonder they get sick lol.

I'll eat off the table because I keep it clean, but not off the floor because I don't know what I've stepped in outside before stepping on the floor inside. (never had that take off shoes when you come inside rule at our place, maybe when we get new carpets)

women are more likely to eat food that has hit the floor than men.
I find that very very VERY hard to believe......but then I work via the 10-second rule.

But then again....I had fish blood all over me coming home from work today....the people I work and hang out with aren't so queasy.

I follow the 30-second rule, but obviously I don't kid myself about how many bacteria are on the food (read: lots). I just have a good immune system.

I'm surprised university floors are so clean...the real question is how much heavy metal and mercury the cookie picks up from being dropped in the Chemistry building 🙂

Oh yeah, it's fine. As you well know, bacteria and virii are clearly visible, and most glow red, like in those robitussin commercials.
