I'm sure all spreadsheets are different. I use Open Office, but you should be able to choose an empty cell, then enter the cells you want to add, subtract, etc.
Example, "B1/B2" to divide or "B1-B2" to subtract.
Do the one at the top of the sheet then you can do the rest of the list at once.

A tip 1st, it's always better to put the numbers 1st, and the names last on these forums. 😉

How to do this? If Names is in 1st. column (A) and numbers in B, in Excel click on A, select copy, select D, and choose paste...


In the "empty" column C, type-in ______ in 1st. row (C1)
Select C
Hit ctrl + d
Woila, ______ is filled-in. 🙂

...

And if you also wants to fill-in # 1, 2, 3..., next step would be to copy C to A, so fills-in ______ here also, and afterwards select A, right-click and Insert, and you'll get a new A.

In the new A1, type-in 1, and select A1 (if moved down or something)
Choose Edit, Fill, Series...
"Series in Columns", "Stop value...." type-in 200 or whatever many users there are, it's no problem there's more.


And, just select the now "nicely-formatted" part of the table, and copy-over to a forum-post. 😎

Oh, and add a header on the top, showing what the various columns contains. 😉

Well, if you've got the "garbage", you can't calculate anything...

But anyway, if the cleaned-up weekly stats is in example column D, you can in E1 type "=D1/7" (without the quotation-marks...)
Select E, hit ctrl + d, and whoila, you've just calculated the daily average.

Yeah, i guess that would be a problem. He must still be having problems with the S@H stats 🙁

I looked around a bit but couldn't find any other stats sites to use that i had bookmarked. I'm sure there's something out the you can use that's easier than doing a bunch of copy/paste into different programs to get what you want.

Only trouble I've got is that excel has gone down too many decimal points ,how do I limit that?
[edit] I've found the 'round' function but I don't know how to enter it into the formula

Hmm, sort by week avg
Seems it's working, since bigger page it's taking a little longer to copy-over, 5 seconds or something, but this can of course depend on computer-speed...

As normal, copy to another sheet to remove the formatting...

Only problem I can see with a quick look is IsOs gets a little screwed-up, apparently due to his name, but easily fixed...

Delete the "extra" columns, a little re-shuffling, and filling-in with ...... and you've done.


Anyway, the biggest problem with Setiatwork is that atleast in "classic" there was more than once the stats wasn't updated daily, but the weekly average still worked as they had been updated, meaning maybe 2-3 weeks production was used, giving much too high average...

Well my machine is an XPM 2500 o/ced to 2.5GHz ,& it must of took at least 5 mins to do!:Q ,now I'm not sure if that was down to another app using up nearly all my upload b/w or whether its to do with my failing HDD (though it loads other apps up just fine atm).

Btw I see nothing wrong with Isos name or stats on my spreadsheet ,what's it done on yours?

For now I got around the rounding forumula problem by creating another column ,but for the future I'd like it to be all in one column if possible.

I'm just about ready to post the new draft here 🙂
