Henry Carey favored keeping all the money in the country to drive up prices, blocking free trade, and establishing machine guns to keep the people from moving in and out.

Dude, you remind of Glen Beck. You know a lot of things, but your conclusions are ass. Yes, some of history has been glossed over and recast, but everything from the Alex Jones crowd is garbage. If those folks ever accidentally found an honest point they'd so cover it with shit that it would become unrecognizable.
