this thing is loaded though, they don't normalize buy the amount of traffic an intersection sees. all these things are 6 and 8 lane streets intersecting. they have a higher volume of traffic so they see a higher number of accidents. plus state farm multiplies by some coefficient varying with the number of state farm policy holders in the area.
