It's not bad, except that they forgot to mention a few things:

They didn't mention security patches, which I'd make rule #11. An unpatched Windows machine will only last a few hours before it's been hacked if you leave it on a public network, and a Mac or Linux machine won't last much longer.

Law #8 doesn't apply of you're using using Linux, Mac OS, or another version of UNIX. The other 10 rules still apply!
