Thawing a frozen chicken and I saw what looks like a bruise

It's a darkish spot. I'm guessing it's a bruise because the bag was roughed up a bit (It's one of those Tyson frozen chicken thigh packages). Should I worry about it?

I don't know if it's Tyson. Got it from Price Club. It has broth and crap.
