Meh, he's a bit of a jerk but reckless? Other than blasting past the ped in the crosswalk I didn't see anything reckless.

I'm having a hard time building up to even the most minor of cares.

He seems to have a habit of taking both hands off the controls. He egged on the other loser in the car. Has poor lane control and, my favorite, splits lanes in the city. That's always a stupid idea even in the places it's legal. Finally, he's a troll on a bike. His attitude while riding will eventually cause himself and maybe others, pain and injury.

I lane split everywhere but I don't egg on losers in cars. Taking both hands off the bars when going straight is no big deal. Trouble with doing it on my bike is engine braking. Sometimes I do it just to shake out my arms. It isn't dangerous at all.

I see your confusion, you thought I was asking a question. What city do you live in again (actual question)? I just want to be extra sure the next squid I abuse isn't an ATOTer.

He definitely needs to tone it down a bit.

Wishing accidents on him is just idiotic though (not you, the comments to the youtube vid).
 
guy was probably a tool but was driving safely save for the pedestrian getting buzzed.
