NO! NO! NO!!
Don't get it frozen!
Don't get it cut out!
Dammit, listen to me!
Ask your doc for a prescription for "Aldara." It's a cream you put on your wart, then duct tape to your foot(neat, huh?

) at night when you go to bed. When you wake up, take off the duct tape and go about your life until the next night, etc. Continue this for a couple weeks. It might be hard to keep it that long, but you've had it this long already and it won't be that bad. This stuff is for genital warts, actually

Q), but it works great. If you have it cut or frozen, there is a 90% chance you will get more. You see, the warts are like an iceberg. You have a little bit of it on top, and below, it's all spread out underneath your skin. It's a virus, too, so unless you KILL the virus, it will keep growing back.
A few people might have had success with cutting and the like, but my doc told me it's safest and cheapest in the long run(the stuff is pretty cheap, too. Like $5 for a box of packets) and most beneficial...if it worked. He was only testing it on me, and said it probably WOULD but might not work. It did, though, and I highly recommend it.
