Not enough video to pass judgement. The Lambo didn't look like it was going all that fast, but it sounded like the guy was heavy on the throttle. He was either going faster than it seemed or maybe accelerating hard from being stopped or nearly stopped. If he had just turned into the road or come out of a parking space and nailed it that would explain how the other driver missed seeing him until too late.

He got like two feet off the ground. When you drive faster than you are supposed to, other people can't drive how they are supposed to.

Yeah, I don't understand how everyone is blaming the Mazda. For all we know, he may have had the right of way considering how far away the lambo was at the time. Fact is, the Mazda can't really stop twice. What probably happened was he looked in both directions, saw that it was clear, and went ahead. Then out of nowhere came the Lambo...

This is my WAG: The nearest lane is oncoming (UK vs USA) so that is not the proper lane. The middlish lane appears to be too narrow to be a lane and my guess is it is some sort of squeeze lane for room if somebody is double parked (similar to the middle lane being a bidirectional pass lane). The lane the turning car is trying to get into and what looks to me to be the ONLY lane for his direction is the far lane.

But that is just a guess.

Further, I have no clue about the speed limits on that street, however the lambo does come from nowhere in the frame while the Mazda was halfway out. Knowing the supercars tend to have super brakes, the lambo *could* have at least attempted to decelerate... However, hearing the engine noises this was not the case, it appears the driver only tried to swerve and stayed on the gas until a split second before hitting the Mazda. Finally, brake lights did not come on until the lambo was LANDING and were not on when the rear of the car entered frame.

I am blaming the Lambo on this one. But I am betting if in the US the Mazda would take most blame.

It's a two-way street, for crying out loud. Is nobody capable of realizing that they drive on the other side of the road? If the Mazda is turning right, he has to pull into lane on the left, which is the far lane.

The Lambo driver and the oncoming pedestrian should thank their lucky stars that the black hatchback was parked there. The Lambo was airborne after impact and was kept on the road only because it glanced off the parked car. If that car hadn't been there, he would have either hit the parked BMW head on, or been up onto the sidewalk and would have taken out the pedestrian.

Watched it a few times, the Mazda should have waited in fairness but the Lambo was DEFINITELY going far too fast for that road in London. Also he didn't brake at all when seeing the mazda. Personally I would say full blame lays on the Lambo driver.
