Let us start a list of departments, laws, rules and regulations that a Mitt Romney administration most likely ""WOULD"" eliminate.

Yes, the Republican half of the Big Government Duopoly Party is going to dismantle the same government they've spent the last 150 years building up.

That's about as plausible as Rosie O'Donnell winning a beauty pageant.

He's not going to eliminate the Department of Education.

The purpose of the Department of Education is to give Republicans something to scream about and insist they are going to get rid of it. Actually doing that would be counter-productive.

No no that's what Roe vs. Wade is for. The purpose of the Department of Education is to give Democrats something to scream about and insist Republicans are going to get rid of. :colbert:
