That website that gave the atom bomb blast radius

Does anyone here know the link to that website that allowed you to put in an address and it would show the blast radius of an atomic bomb? Wasn't it a PBS site or something? Thanks.

That's what we did in Japan... just think... a major city getting 98% of all population within a 10 mile radius dead... and it just spreads from there :Q

I don't live in a likely major target city, but it makes me feel that much better that they I live about 30 miles outside of downtown. Of course, being a survivor of something on that scale would be horrible.
