That was my first and last OfficeMax rebate EVER

I just went throguh all their BS as to having two rebates (both of which requre the original UPC) for the same item. About 30 minutes of work for $12.00. I can tell you where I won't be shopping any more.

why did it take so long ?

FYI: When both ask for original upc or receipt send the Manufacturer the original and the store offering it (in this case OM) a copy with a note saying orig went to Manu.
