Went to an Indian place and got the spiciest thing on the menu (lamb samba with rice), then added some of my own hot sauce. Hit the spot just right. 🙂

Now its time to relax a bit with a coke.

lol. Spicy foods don't cause any problems for me, since I eat stuff that spicy at least once a day. I go through a bottle of ~250k scolville unit sauce in about 4 months...
