That stupid arrow scroll thingy in Office 2000 (tried this post in software but no one there)

Can anyone tell me how to change the Top part on Office 2000 (where file, edit, ect. are located) from that arrow thingy to where it shows it all like on the old word and such.

Sure can. Goto the ' Tools ' menu and select ' Customise ', then uncheck the option to make " Menus show recently used commands first."

Do this is Word and i believe it affect the whole suite.
