Naw, from what I read, his "friends" uploaded it on Kazaa. And after about two weeks, it was all over the web.

Well, it was his friends that initially put it up for file-sharing. But a lot of people related to this guy, with the "We've all done stupid things" attitude. Although he WAS made fun of, I think he has/had sort of a cult following. He shouldn't sue, there were people DONATING money to the kid. (See Above.)
