as much as I disagree with the policy... I believe the rental company is in the right.

They have wording in their contract that says if you go over the speed limit, you will be fined 150 bucks.
Seems pretty cut and dry to me.

The arguement that the consumers didn't know about it is a load of sh1t. They signed the contract, and just because they didn't read it does not allow them to not be bound to that contract.
