ever notice how government agencies, when implementing a good idea, always have to go one step beyond the original intent.
1. Crosswalks; now this is a good idea because some people, drivers and pedestrians, just couldn't get it together. so we provide a ?safe? zone since the vehicles are much larger than pedestians. good idea but it had to go one step farther and make it illegal for the rest of us to cross a street anywhere BUT the crosswalk.
2. public school; another good idea since it's in the best interest of the country for all to have the oppurtunity for an education. but again, one step farther. make it mandantory for all or near impossible to legally educate your own children and financially hard to choose the school that will educate your children.
