Damn Bosnians. while i lived there i collected Grenade fragments and played soccer for a livving. What a life. I am happy for him.
 
damn that was sick. the best part was the goal shot - just because of how quickly and smoothly he switched from right foot to left foot.

Yeah, I love soccer... played for a long time. But I have no skills like that... not even close.

That being said... I have scored some crazy awesome goals [by pure luck]. Hell... you play center forward long enough it's bound to happen.

I scored a bicycle/karate kick with my right foot (I'm left footed) from about 25 yards. Really, all that happened was someone headed the ball too me but it was out of reasonable reach so I just tried to kick it on towards goal. So I jumped and kinda round house kicked it with my right foot. I caught the keeper out of goal a bit and off guard... so by pure luck I volleyed it over the keeper into the net.

That is probably the best goal I ever scored... and it was basically an accident. But I did a good job of playing it off at the time like that was exactly what I meant to do.

Edit: Zlatan is just crazy awesome at times.
 
I love soccer; more play it than watch it. That is an awesome goal and makes me remember some old Japanese anime that I watched when I was a kid. 🙁

This one is another good goal. I saw one better than this from Roberto Carlos, but couldn?t find it.

I know what miniMUNCH is talking about. I was a goalkeeper through school and they would let me play defense when half the team decided to not show up for a grudge match - we would just get a random kid to stand at the goal and hope the mid-field did their job. Now I can't handle a football to save my life (I'm too busy watching my own feet than looking for openings) but I've scored some pretty absurd/amazing goals entirely by accident. This one time, I took a free kick and I was just looking to 'hurt' this one guy in the wall - the plan was to hit him smack in the head or the groin. Mysteriously, the ball went right under their feet and straight in!

Times like those, the spectators (and my team-mates) think they've witnessed a genius 😛

As a Bosnian myself, I have to say that you don't see many Bosnian players make it that far. Too bad he has a Swedish citizenship. Amazing player though. Where in Bosnia did you live?
