That freaking annoying Pop up GAIN

Could someone please tell me how to get rid of that thing from poping up on my screen all the time. I'm really sick and tired of it.
I don't see the software anywhere. I looked and looked on my C: drive. Nothing. what is it under. I went to Add/remove program and nothing was listed there either. I don't know how that thing got install in the first place. I have popup stopper but it desn't seem to stop it from popping up. Could someone please help me before I go insane.

If you're not talking about popups that come from web browsing, then it sounds like you have some adware installed on your system. Get Ad-Aware to get rid of it.

For web surfing, ditch IE and get Mozilla. It has an option to turn off popups so you don't even need a popup killer, which is awesome.

I always use regcleaner, well worth downloading and its freeware.
