where the guy is trying to get into his car, he is trying to jimmy the lock, throws a rock at the window and another guy comes up and says, "what are you doing to my car?" and then the show another car that looks exactly the same in another spot.

ok, so you vandalized someones car because you thought it was yours, will your insurance or his insurance cover that?

so then the person whos car was vandalized, his insurance rate doesn't go up right? it's not like it was in any way his fault.
 
The real question is, who's insurance pays for the hospital bill after the guy pummels him for trying to break into his car?
