Thanksgiving in (almost) a week!

Yeah yeah, I know there was a turkey thread yesterday and a thanksgiving plans thread like a month ago, but I figured it's practically a week away so it deserves a new thread.

That being said, what're you looking forward too? Can't wait to eat lots and lots of food 🙂

Black Friday Sales. 😀

(=Spending time with friends camping out, spending money I probably shouldn't on computers/electronics)

Oh, and food is good too.

Good food, Black Friday, hanging out with my brother since he'll be home from school (he goes to school only 20 minutes from here and lives in the dorm, so I don't get to see him very often) and the rest of the family.

The celebration of the massacre of a race. Having to deal with my extended family for a few days.

I hate Thanksgiving and Christmas. Stop buying into market consumerism driven holidays. I can't wait till it's January

Black Friday and a week off from school. I told Walmart I would work the week I am back but now I am seriously considering just staying home and resting.

Wed: hunting from before dawn to dusk.
Thur: hunting early am until it's time for the football game (still debating between tackle and flag... since most of us are in our 30's and possess above average intelligence, flag will probably win out)
Fri: black friday sales, hunting (if I haven't shot 2 or 3 bambi's by this point)

surprised to see you live in new york.. I thought you would be from Tennessee or at least from da dirty souf

football? ptsssh. BORING.

its all about the whipped cream in a can, delivered directly to the mouth. 😀

I'm looking forward to helping my dad and cooking him thanksgiving dinner at my house so that he can enjoy the ritual of a good meal cooked by people who love him. And in some way I can repay all the love he has given me.

I voted vacation - need the time off to catch up on a few things for school - but honestly, I'll just be glad to get it done and over with. Don't get me wrong, usually I *like* the holidays. Just not this time; it's been a bad year.

Nate
