Try googling next time:

First of all it is very simple to change your Cd-Key without this program, just go to start>run type regedit and hit enter. then edit hkeylocalmachine>users>software>valve>key

^^ btw, with steam you don't need to remember it anymore, since it's stored in your login info🙂
