The shadows are wrong, ear is too far back, ummm... I think his head is too long, but I'm not sure. I take it this is yours? Work on the shadows on the bottom of his head and also the ones around his lips, also bring his ear forward and it is too small.

oh and btw, his face is supposed to look dirty. that might be part of the reason the shadows look wrong.

I moved the ear, lightened up the lines over his mouth, and fixed his hair a little. it's hard to change stuff on his face... I suppose I should've gotten it right before shading everything in.
