OMG the call volume was so high, and every one had the same problem.

Hold times were 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.

The worm also effects windows 2000, but differently. We had systems quit copy&paste functions, svchost crashing, corruption in Office. It all clears up once you get rid of lovesan and patch the RPC.
