1) Make thread about random subject.
2) Find reason to omit leading 'H' from a word.
3) Never answer any questions concerning the 'H'
3) ???
4) Profit!

'aha... That's a creative analogy. Reps.

spyware is not a function of the os. it's a function of the user. if the user allows the stuff on, if the user clicks on pop ups they shouldn't etc, the os will allow it. sure the os may have another level that prompts you to accept, but with most uneducated users, do you really think they can differentiate between an update to flash and malware?

doesn't matter how secure the os or the firewall or whatever, if you have stupid users manipulating it.

Yeah, but there is no denying that Windows could be safer

The "reps" just encourages the aforementioned desire to stomp on your face.

Nah, you make great money on Microsoft's screw ups. I like it more when someone asks me for Mac help, which I just laugh at them and tell them to take it to the Apple store. Yay, my Havoc Heli is ready!!!

Hey everyone, you know if this really annoys you just add his name to your blocked list. I know I am. Once he gets 0 replies for every thread he posts he might think twice about being a retard.

Most dominant system is the biggest target. Mac OS isn't bulletproof, but if there were more of em around, they would be a bigger target.

There is no denying an abrams tank could be safer, I mean, what if an a-10 warthog had a run at it with 30mm depleted uranium rounds.

EDIT: Added to ignore

Agreed, the virus writers go after the OS that is going to infect the most people the easiest.

If Linux had 90% of the OS market, it would be virus laden. Same thing with OSX. Its just not worth there time, for the little mayhem it would generate

Heres a virus writers thinking;
Linux virus- hmm neato I infected 3 people
Mac virus- thats cool my virus infected 8 people.
Windows virus- awesome I infected 100 people! Fuck YEAH

i'm surprised the mods don't just ban this guy. people like him always creep up every now and then and it takes way too long before they're finally sent on permanent vacation (and they all invariably do).

i'm talking about the more blatantly trollish people like Skywalker etc. I'm not sure what the mods are trying to protect here, it's not like he has rights on a privately owned forum and he's certainly not improving the overall discourse and atmosphere of the boards.
