Boy, is there customer service quick! I requested that they look into someone who was phishing me for information at 5:43 tonight. They replied that they were already on it at 6:12. At this rate I might just buy something from them again. And no I?m not a NE fanboy. I just appreciate good service.

Free stuff, like a shirt, license plate thing, clock. It was really nice stuff too, just fill out a testimonal and they send it to you.
