These are inbound replacements that are ostensibly new. Unless it's a refurb drive that hasn't been DOD wiped. That would be interesting but doesn't seem remotely feasable.

OMG! Yet another case of the neo-cons slowly eroding our rights as human beings. The patriot act is just the first step in bringing the American public under its Iron Fisted rule. America is turning into a Hitler incarnate ruled facist state where our very thoughts are to be controlled by a chip implanted into our head by Ashcroft himself! Pretty soon the only channel well have on TV is a looping of Ashcroft singing patriotic songs!
