Holy fuck that is hilarious to watch. It's so bad that it's just 6 full minutes of someone trying to parallel park. It's not even a difficult space since it is.
1) A fucking huge space
2) A corner space - so you don't have to worry about fitting between 2 vehicles.

I had something similar happen - I was at costco in line for filling up gas.... I was like... #3 in line. The person who was in front of the waiting line had the pump in front clear up. So all he had to do was go-around the car in front of him, and then reverse into the pump.... The fucker couldn't even do that. The costco gas attendant was shaking his head as he tried vigorously to guide the poor Asian dude.

I've said it time and time again - they are called stereotypes because they are statistically factual.
