After many replies from you guys, my amazon purchase was about 1700, and considering I could only shop amazon and had 1800$ to really get rid of, this is what I got!

Congrats bud. But please look into this before you open your PSU. I am also in a similar position and was surprised to find out that Haswell requires special PSUs.

Absolutely not a problem for anybody with a discrete GPU. The GPU by itself draws enough to keep the 12V rail propped up.

I certainly hope my order/psu will be fine. Amazon, especially when the supplier is amazon themselves, always helps me with orders and returns so whatever happens I know I have their support.

Yeah the build, River, haha. I have done a few recordings of builds of mine, such as my Deadmau5 helmet haha. I will probably not record, but take photos and make a quick video of it. Who knows, maybe I will record with video!

I have no one but this and pcgamer website members to thank for this build. I feel it an obligation to blast these forums with my status or technically 'their' build 🙂
