haha, great title. yeah, the only solice is that he will probably go to prison for corruption before he finishes his term. oh well, DC had berry.

Why do you say "probably go to jail"? The only public info was an investigation of someone within the mayor's office or interacting with the mayor's office . . . I would call that a good football field away from . . . Marion "the beoctch set me up" Berry. Only time (and a proper investigation) will tell.

I can tell you that to get a (wire tap), you must show reasonable proof to the judge that the subject is somehow involved in a current criminal activity, and be either the subject, or closely connected to the subject of the investigation. So either the Mayor, or someone he is associated with at a close level, is a suspected criminal. That doesn't give me warm fuzzies either way.

I'm certainly willing to give the FBI the benefit of a doubt . . . I just don't agree with skipping to the penalty phase of an ongoing investigation.
