I have a pretty good knowledge of what equipment is good and what isn't, but user feedback is more important than specs and reviews. I just finished building a friend of mine a computer, as well as ordering me and two others equipment for our systems. I have asked a few questions here and there on these forums, and the feedback I have received has been very useful. No matter how many reviews one reads, it can't compare to 100 different posts from people giving their experiences with hardware. Keep up the chatter. =)
 
I dunno what to say except I think that everyone is here because they (well, 'we') enjoy it 🙂
