It's definitely not. Jess Alba is my fav and she looks Latino... even though she's a mix of like 5 ethnicities.

Thalia is a spanish actress and singer. She's been in spanish soap operas since the early 90's. I think the show maria del barrio or some crap like that was the one that launched her career. She recently did a song with rapper fat joe, which I have no clue as to why.

in both pics they look similar since they are posing alike, and have same color hair and such, but i dun think they really look alike. thalia does look like justine bateman in that pic as feathers linked.
