Wow. I'd love to shoot the teacher who thought that this would be a great idea. Although a dangerous thing to do, I kinda wish my school field trips were this exciting.

Really two skill saws wouldnt save the child instantly?

Ignoring the fact that whatever craphole village that is probably doesn't have power-outlets at the ready.....lol.

What a scene that would be. Running over to a snake and child sitting in water with a power tool.

Croco-bye baby, <gulp>.

We're all just jealous because we didn't get to sit on crocodiles in elementary school let alone have photographic proof. Also, as an adult, wouldn't you love to have a photo of your toddler self scrubbing a boa?

If you stabbed the snake in the head with a knife, wouldn't it die and relax?

My kids have seen enough shows about nature to not go near a croc, no matter what kind or if it had recently eaten. Well, I think so at least...lol

don't underestimate your kid's stupidity.

I once told my oldest, who was around 5-6 at the time, not to ever touch the range burners (he was tall for his age, so he had no problems grabbing them), that when hot they would burn his skin and it would hurt badly. Well, you think he listened to me? Hell no. We both left the kitchen, I went to my bedroom for something. A few minutes later, he walked into my bedroom with a blank look on his face. I asked what was wrong and he held up his hand showing the red marks on his fingers.

(before it gets posted, no parent on the face of this earth is going to stand around guarding the range until the burners present no danger. And no, I didn't have burner covers. Maybe I should have, but I didn't. Still doesn't take away the fact that kids are stupid at times.)

You kidding? It'll heal, and they gotta learn somehow. "Burner covers", lol...

It's not that difficult to unconstrict someone as long as your not the one being constricted.
Also it takes a while.

I'm afraid to ask how you know that.

Don't worry, I already contacted CPS. I don't think they're coming as I couldn't give them your name or address, but I did tell them to keep an eye on that guy on the internet. :colbert:

As I've told one of my sons "Go ahead and call CPS, they take YOU away, not ME."
