I am running a TH7II with Windows XP Pro on one of my computers. When shutting down into Standby mode it starts to shut down and then just hangs at the "Preparing to stand by..." screen. All my other computers shutdown into standby so I cannot understand why I cannot get this TH7II to do the same.
In the bios, under "Power Management Setup", "ACPI Suspend Mode" is set to S3(Suspend-To-RAM). Under "Power Options" the Power Scheme is set to "Home/Office Desk" but I have also tried "Portable/Laptop" with no success. I have also loaded the latest bios available from Abit. I am begginning to wonder if this problem is not something specific to the TH7II.
Any suggestions to get the Stand By mode to work would be very appreciated.
