TF300 4.2 update keeps failing on me.

So, yesterday the Asus Transformer TF300 got an update to 4.2. Unfortunately, the update doesn't seem to work for me. I've got an un-rooted TF300, flashed 4.1 right when I got the tablet, and now am getting the prompt to apply a system update every time I go into settings and check for one. However, after downloading the update and selecting to apply it, it checks integrity, then give me a warning "Update Failed, tablet has restored to previous settings" I've downloaded it multiple times, and even tried doing a factory reset. (Twice! once synching with Google, once without) and nothing seems to help. A Google search doesn't seem to turn up any results, does anyone have any advice?

Apparently the fifth factory reset is the charm. It downloaded successfully, and I'm now on 4.2. Now if only Samsung would be as prompt with updates on their flagship device that has sold more than 10X as many units.

Might be able to chalk that up to demand and underpowered update serves. Did anyone at XDA mention issues?

You said you flashed 4.1 when you got it, I assume you mean the official OTA from ICS?
