For anyone who played the original 'team fortress classic' (or even QWTF and ETF) you will appreciate this source mod. Come play a game that requires more skill than following your teammates around with healguns... or grinding out an XP map for a gay ass hat... lol - seriously

There are plenty of ways to play offense or defense... though conc'ing as a medic or scout is the preferred method of infiltrating an enemy base. You can play spy, engineer, demoman, heavyweapons, soldier, pyro, as well

I remember those custom conc_jump maps. Those were pretty damn fun, and there were some people who were really good. Sometimes I do miss grenades and priming, though I haven't played tf2 in a while.

what a novel concept, TF2 doesn't have any of those classes. (FWIW i played the original TFC)

TFC wasn't the original 😉

I don't think this person is involved with developing FF, I hope his idiocy doesn't keep anyone from playing. It is a really good mod considering it was made by a small team and much more true to the originals.
 
this person has posted this very same thing over at Hard. He is looking to cause trouble.. nothing more.
 
That actually looks pretty badass. I much prefer the completely unrealistic physics and speed of the older first person shooters

Uh, that actually requires skill. Holding mouse1 on a Heavy in TF2 to get points requires NO skill. Getting a random rocket crit and killing someone as a soldier in TF2 requires no skill.
