TF2 Keeps Crashing

I bought TF2 tonight and I have noticed a bunch of big 3D "ERROR"s floating in space. The game also seems to crash every time I go to a new map. My rig is linked in my sig. Any thoughts?
 
Sounds like there's something wrong with the game data.

Right click TF2 in Steam > Properties > Local files tab > Verify integrity of game cache
