Texture/Video Card Problem

I have a Geforce 4 6800 GT (Gainward), along with an AMD 64 3400+, Windows XP with service pack 2, and a gig of ram. The problem I have is that after playing a game for awhile (specifically, World of Warcraft, Vampire Bloodlines and Half Life 2), the textures on the models disappear, like it can't load them.

I tried both the latest nvidia drivers, as well as the latest beta drivers and still have the same problem. For settings, I am using the default recommended settings. Here is a picture to show the problem better:

You can see the eyes and the gun, but not the rest of the body. Its the same with WoW and Vampire Bloodlines. I googled the problem but couldnt come up with much besides "update to latest drivers". I also tried using even older drivers (45 or so) but still got the same problem. I checked for viruses but came up with nothing. Any help would be VERY appreciated.
