Texture LOD bias setting on Nvidia

hi.
I want to mess with texture LOD bias or simply want to put any negetive value possible. Its easy on windows 8 through Nvidia Inspector. I can put -3.00 to +3.00. But now I want to mess it in Windows XP. Is there any way? I would prefer an Inspector like software though. I m used to with ATI tray tools which was best for AMD graphics card imo. But now I am stucked with Nvidia Inspector. Plz help me!

Graphics card: GTX 760 (desktop)
Driver version: 337.50
