Text to voice synthesizer program

A long time ago one of my friends would type in a text message and then the computer would synthesize a voice reading the message. You could choose the voice from steven hawking (computer voice), choir boy, little girl, etc.

Anyone remember what this program was called or know where I could find a similar one?
