Text Pictures to Outllok Mail not working

I use to be able to take pictures from my AT&T android phone and mms text them to my hotmail email address, but now that microsoft as force upgraded me to the new Outlook Mail when I try to text a picture it says "Photos" in the body of the email instead of showing the actual picture.

I have tried googling for a solution, but didn't find anything helpful.

anyone know of a fix for this?
