Texas Sales Tax

I'm living in Texas temporarily and it seems like some things I'm buying aren't taxed. Can someone tell me what all is not taxed or point me to a list? Thanks.

Approved food items (meat,milk,cheeze,vegetables,etc...)are not taxable.

Non-essential items like chips, softdrinks, prepared foods, and any non-food items are taxable

"Fresh" food is not taxed. Junk food, soda, all that type of stuff is taxed. Everything else is taxed...I think.
